Proposal:

1.Objectives
Our team will assist the management to establish a 2016 cash-flow budget based on the forecasted plan and assist the assigned employees to take over monthly comparison of actual with budgeted results thereby providing management with timely information on cash flow requirements and a clearer expectation of the capital needed.

2.Current situation
based on our understanding, 96UE does not have a "cash-flow budget based on a forecasted plan" at the moment

3.Desired outcome
Cash flow budget and forecasted plan will be set up based on information and requirements provided by the management such as business plans and expected expenditure to be paid out over a period of time. the importance of effective cash management will help to identify your working capital requirements in advance so as to manage the requirements. we recommend that at least one of the employees of 96UE be assigned to work with us in the project, thereby ensuring the continuity of such cash flow information provided to the managemnet.

4.Methodology
